• Represent clients before local government agencies regarding zoning, planning, and land development approvals.
• Assist clients with permitting, licensing, and code enforcement matters.
• Manage ancillary land development and entitlement matters throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct legal research involving zoning ordinances, environmental regulations, and land use laws.
• Draft legal memoranda, applications, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, planners, consultants, and government officials.
• Advise clients regarding development strategies, regulatory compliance, and project approvals.
• Monitor changes in land use regulations and provide practical legal guidance.
• Manage multiple development matters while maintaining exceptional client service and meeting project deadlines.
