Duties
• Represent employees in employment litigation matters before state and federal courts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Participate in written discovery, document review, and case management throughout litigation.
• Assist with trial preparation, witness preparation, exhibit organization, and courtroom presentations.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments, legal strategy, and litigation progress.
• Analyze employment law issues involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and workplace harassment.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Manage multiple employment litigation matters while maintaining exceptional client service and meeting deadlines.
• Stay informed regarding developments in federal and state employment law.
• Support business development efforts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality legal representation while advocating for employee rights.
