Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financing transactions involving construction loans, permanent loans, and various secured lending structures
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters from term sheet through closing
• Collaborate with partners, clients, lenders, and developers to ensure timely and successful deal execution

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 1–10 years of real estate transactional experience
• Strong academic background and demonstrated drafting ability
• Experience in commercial acquisitions, leasing, financing, development, or related transactional work
