• Independently manage a personal injury caseload from inception through settlement or verdict
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

• Develop case strategies and collaborate with team members on complex matters
• Maintain strong client communication and case management

Qualifications
• 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney or Litigation Associate Attorney
• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation preferred
• Strong proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
• Jury trial experience is a strong plus
• Admission to the Florida Bar required
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
