The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will work on sophisticated litigation and arbitration matters involving commercial disputes, investigations, and regulatory challenges spanning multiple jurisdictions. Attorneys will collaborate closely with experienced litigators while gaining direct exposure to clients, strategic litigation planning, and international legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft, prepare, and file sophisticated pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Manage complex discovery and document production processes in high-stakes litigation matters
• Take and defend depositions in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings
• Advise clients on complex domestic and cross-border commercial disputes
• Assist with international arbitration and investigations matters involving multinational clients
• Conduct legal research and factual analysis supporting litigation and arbitration strategy
• Collaborate with litigation teams on trial preparation and dispute resolution strategy
• Analyze legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to sophisticated corporate clients
• Manage multiple litigation matters while meeting strict deadlines and client expectations
• Participate in hearings, arbitration proceedings, and litigation-related negotiations
• Coordinate with attorneys across offices and jurisdictions on international matters
• Support clients operating in highly regulated and globally connected industries

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar or D.C. Bar required
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Strong experience with pleadings, discovery management, and motion practice required
• Experience taking or defending depositions preferred
• Federal clerkship experience strongly preferred
• International arbitration or cross-border litigation experience advantageous
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
