Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law litigation matters involving divorce, custody, and domestic relations disputes

• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and related litigation documents

• Conduct legal research and strategic case analysis to support litigation objectives

• Advocate for clients during hearings, negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

• Manage multiple family law matters and maintain compliance with litigation deadlines

• Develop litigation strategies tailored to client goals and case circumstances

• Maintain direct communication with clients regarding legal developments and case strategy

• Collaborate with legal staff and attorneys regarding litigation preparation and case management

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado

• Minimum of 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law

• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
