A growing law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its Glendale, CA office. This role offers hands-on litigation experience across personal injury and lemon law matters, providing early responsibility in case management and courtroom exposure. This position is actively interviewing and offers a strong partner-track position for attorneys looking to build a long-term litigation career.

This opportunity is ideal for a Personal Injury Associate Attorney who wants to develop practical litigation skills while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Attorneys will gain exposure to all stages of litigation, from case intake through trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support personal injury litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

• Prepare for and take or defend depositions

• Attend court hearings, case management conferences, and proceedings

• Assist with trial preparation and support second-chair trial work

• Manage and advance a caseload of personal injury and lemon law matters

• Collaborate with team members and support negotiation strategies

• Maintain strong client communication and case updates

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney or Litigation Associate Attorney

• Active California Bar required

• Prior experience in a personal injury law firm or relevant litigation environment preferred

• Strong legal research and writing skills using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple cases efficiently

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
