Core ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Member Experience
- Deliver high-energy, structured, and professional PIT sessions
- Create an environment where members feel challenged, supported, and valued
- Learn every member’s name and build real relationships
- Provide coaching cues, corrections, and encouragement with intention
- Make every session feel like an experience, not a workout
Personal Training & Revenue Generation
- Actively build and grow your personal training business
- Convert members into PT clients through trust, results, and communication
- Consistently have conversations about goals, progress, and next steps
- Understand that PT is not sold, it is earned through value and consistency
- Maintain and grow a strong, consistent PT book of business
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Bring in new opportunities weekly through outreach, networking, and community presence
- Follow up with first-timers, former members, and leads consistently
- Generate your own pipeline of potential clients
- Be visible inside and outside the gym
Accountability & Ownership
- Take full ownership of your schedule, your clients, and your results
- Track your numbers: sessions, revenue, consultations, conversions
- Do not make excuses. Adjust, learn, and improve
- Execute daily on the actions that drive revenue and retention
Team & Culture Contribution
- Contribute to a high-performance, positive, accountable team environment
- Support other coaches and lead by example
- Uphold LEGACY standards in professionalism, energy, and discipline
- Be coachable and open to feedback
Performance Expectations
This is not a clock-in, clock-out role.
You are expected to:
- Build toward a minimum of $10,000/month in personal training revenue
- Conduct consistent consultations weekly
- Actively contribute to membership growth and retention
- Generate leads and opportunities outside of scheduled classes
- Show measurable growth month over month
