Position Overview

The Insurance Coverage Associate will handle a broad range of coverage matters, litigate disputes, advise clients on complex insurance issues, and work closely with senior attorneys. Candidates should bring strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of insurance coverage matters

• Participate in litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and hearings

• Interpret insurance policies involving first- and third-party coverage issues

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of insurance coverage experience

• Familiarity with first- and third-party insurance policies
