Key Responsibilities
• Support mergers and acquisitions from initial due diligence through transaction closing.
• Conduct detailed legal due diligence and corporate analysis.
• Review corporate records and identify transactional risks.
• Draft and revise ancillary transaction documents.
• Assist with preparing acquisition and corporate transaction agreements.
• Coordinate transaction closings and post-closing deliverables.
• Conduct legal research involving corporate law and governance matters.
