Duties
• Conduct legal research regarding federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
• Prepare legal guidance involving healthcare compliance, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Assist with healthcare mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other transactional matters.
• Perform regulatory analyses supporting healthcare business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare contracts, provider agreements, and commercial agreements.
• Advise clients regarding healthcare regulatory compliance and operational requirements.
• Support matters involving clinical research, academic medicine, and healthcare innovation.
• Assist clients with healthcare data use, privacy, commercialization, and related legal issues.
• Conduct due diligence for healthcare transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, regulatory, and transactional practice groups.
• Prepare legal memoranda, client alerts, and regulatory guidance.
• Build strong client relationships while delivering practical business-focused legal solutions.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
• 2–5 years of healthcare law experience or a demonstrated interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
