A law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney at the Senior Associate or Of Counsel level to handle complex employment disputes. The position is intended for an attorney with significant employment litigation experience who can independently manage all phases of litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and related state laws.
The successful candidate will oversee litigation strategy from case inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. The role requires strong legal judgment, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters while providing effective client representation.

Duties
• Independently manage single-plaintiff employment litigation matters.
• Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related employment claims.
• Represent clients in wage and hour litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act and applicable state laws.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Develop litigation strategies and evaluate legal risks.
• Manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining effective client communication.
