Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters.

• Handle all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial and appeal when necessary.

• Conduct legal research involving commercial litigation issues.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and legal correspondence.

• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners and clients.

• Conduct written discovery and manage document production.

• Prepare and defend depositions.

• Represent clients during mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and court proceedings.

• Negotiate favorable settlements while protecting client interests.

• Analyze legal risks and provide strategic business litigation advice.

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding litigation strategy and case developments.

• Prepare witnesses and trial exhibits.

• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
