Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support complex litigation matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings.

• Appear for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.

• Manage and prioritize a varied commercial litigation caseload.

• Collaborate with partners on strategy, case planning, and trial prep.

• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic record.

• Admission to the Colorado Bar.

• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

• Confidence interfacing directly with partners and clients.
