Key Responsibilities
• Manage sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and other litigation filings
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and factual analysis supporting litigation strategy
• Take and defend depositions involving parties, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare for and argue motions in court proceedings
• Participate in trial preparation, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and arbitration matters
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and litigation teams
• Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation developments and strategic recommendations

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Graduation from a Top 50 law school preferred
• Active admission to the California State Bar required
• Minimum of 3-8 years of civil litigation experience required
