Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, and related disputes.
• Handle sophisticated commercial and business litigation matters.
• Assist with product liability defense litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate filings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda.
• Manage written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation.
• Participate in state and federal court hearings and proceedings.
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and clients.
• Advise clients regarding litigation risks and business objectives.
• Manage multiple complex litigation matters while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain exceptional client service and communication throughout each engagement.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas on complex legal issues.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial or business litigation.
• Experience with intellectual property litigation is preferred.
• Technology industry experience is highly desirable.
• Appellate litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
