Key Responsibilities
• Represent debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters
• Handle Chapter 11 proceedings and complex out-of-court restructurings
• Advise clients regarding distressed M&A transactions and restructuring strategies
• Participate in creditor negotiations and restructuring-related dispute resolution matters
• Analyze distressed investment structures, private credit transactions, and capital solutions
• Draft motions, pleadings, restructuring agreements, and transactional documentation
• Conduct legal research and strategic analysis involving bankruptcy and insolvency issues
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex restructuring matters
• Manage multiple sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters within a fast-paced legal environment
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on high-value distressed transactions

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience at a law firm or similar sophisticated legal environment
• Experience handling Chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings preferred
• Exposure to distressed investing, private credit, and capital solutions required
• Experience involving distressed asset sales and acquisitions preferred
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex financial and legal subject matter
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction required
• Excellent academic credentials required
