Duties
• Provide litigation defense services for cyber insurers and corporate clients
• Advise clients regarding cybersecurity incidents, privacy risks, and regulatory investigations
• Support breach response efforts and incident management strategies
• Conduct investigations involving data privacy and cybersecurity matters
• Draft pleadings, reports, motions, and legal memoranda
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings
• Develop litigation strategies and advise clients regarding risk management
• Collaborate with domestic and international legal teams on cross-border matters
• Maintain direct communication with clients regarding incident response developments
• Support complex federal litigation and cyber-related dispute resolution matters

Requirements
• 3–6 years of federal litigation experience or 2–6 years of cyber incident response experience
• Experience handling data privacy, cybersecurity, or breach response matters preferred
• Strong litigation strategy and client counseling abilities
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal reports
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-moving environments
• Additional state bar admissions are a plus
• Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in the state where they wish to work
