• Handle probate and guardianship matters from inception through final resolution
• Manage both contested and uncontested probate and guardianship proceedings
• Represent clients in probate litigation and guardianship disputes with firm support and resources
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
• Prepare pleadings, motions, petitions, applications, and court orders
• Advise clients regarding estate administration and estate planning strategies
• Counsel individuals and families on trust administration and probate procedures
• Maintain communication with courts, clients, fiduciaries, and referral sources
• Participate in networking and business development initiatives to expand the estate planning practice
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on sophisticated trusts and estates matters

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of estate planning experience
• Experience handling probate and guardianship matters preferred
• Working knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate administration
