• Support all stages of litigation from pre-litigation evaluation through trial and resolution

• Draft substantive motions, pleadings, briefs, and litigation-related memoranda

• Manage written discovery and oversee document production processes

• Take and defend depositions in complex litigation matters

• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparation

• Provide practical and business-focused legal advice to clients

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client development initiatives
