BCforward is seeking a Project Coordinator III to work part time onsite in Burlingame CA
Retail operations / sales operations
Start/End Dates: 10/20/2025 - 10/19/2026
Work Location: US - CA - Burlingame onsite
Part-Time - Not to exceed 20 hours/week
Overview: team requires lab and general site support at the Beckman Institute. This role will support 4 full time employees at the campus with general site support and daily operations. This role will be part time, onsite, and not to exceed 20 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
General Site Support Responsibilities:
? Shipping and Receiving of packages and mail
? Furniture Installation
? Large debris clean up (such as boxes and packaging) as needed
? Onboarding / offboarding staff:
? Parking
? Site Access (Caltech ID,
? Interface with the following XFN Partners:
? Caltech Facilities and building managers
? General site safety
? Organize team social events and resource snacks/coffee for site as needed
General Lab Management Support Responsibilities:
? Organization and maintenance of 2 lab spaces
? Procurement of lab equipment
? Shipping lab equipment to and from Burlingame
? Lab Safety
PM Support:
? Budget Tracking
? Purchase Orders
? NDAs
? Project Planning
? RFP Support:
? Internal RFPs
? Vendor RFPs
? SRA Calls
Years of Experience Ideally 3-5 Years but Minimum of 2
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
1. Project Management and/or Project Coordination experience
2. Administrative/Organizational experience
3. Logistics Experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Lab manager experience
2. Facility technical background
