Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
Address: Chicago, IL 60631, Onsite
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to customers and business partners.
• Handle escalated service concerns, questions, and requests.
• Support field sales agents with insurance product information.
• Assist with new business, underwriting, claims, and compensation inquiries.
• Provide basic technical support related to systems and access.
• Research issues, identify solutions, and follow through to resolution.
• Navigate insurance products, procedures, and internal systems.
• Meet service and performance goals, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete follow-up activities.
• Work effectively with internal teams and provide feedback on process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency with strong verbal, written, and reading skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or database systems.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or escalated situations.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of contact center or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
