Job Description
We are seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We're looking for a product manager with strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, market assessment, and applied AI tools, and a proven ability to drive complex cross-functional delivery from concept to production while managing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data collection and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and market assessments to inform decisions and reporting.
- Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Architecture, and Testing to define requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Drive execution, resolve cross-team dependencies, and track readiness, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance product delivery, analytics, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong product management with end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, including backlog and roadmap management.
- Applied AI tools and skills used in product workflows or analytics.
- Financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and market research proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and concise communication skills.
- >6 years of relevant experience in product or business analysis roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Banking, payments, card products, pricing, and transaction processing background.
- Agile product delivery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional coordination experience.
Salary : $48 - $52
