Job Title - CDO Portfolio Administrator / Collateral SpecialistJob Location - 190 S La Salle St, Chicago, Illinois 60603Duration: 6 MonthsPay- $40/hr  Job Description -Hybrid position -- 3 days in office.No onsite parking available. They would need to find parking or take public transportation.The CLO Middle Office team shadows the CLO portfolios on behalf of the Collateral Manager. The CDO Portfolio Administrator is responsible for reconciling our cash projections and par holdings to the Trustee's and identifying, researching, and resolving any discrepancies on a daily basis.Required -- Bachelors Degree, Preferrable BusinessPlease pay attention to the Technical Skills mentioned above.Responsibilites Include:Daily cash reconciliationWork with Bank Loan Closing teamInvestigating cash, par balance, and portfolio collateral value discrepanciesProviding the client with a daily cash reportMonthly investor report cash and par tie outs CDOs are structured finance vehicles that issue both debt and equity liabilities, with the proceeds being used to buy a portfolio of collateral.� Typical types of collateral include syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and Mezzanine debt.� Responsibilities include:� settles bond/bank loan trades and invests excess cash as directed by the Portfolio Manager, books cash inflows/outflows to the portfolio, tracks asset attributes such as accrual information, rating, industry codes, etc., provides reports to the clients on a daily basis, and assists Analysts with reporting to the investors.� Ensures I00% accuracy and timeliness of data through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity.Company DescriptionAbout BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
