We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team in Boise. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for customers—developing new business, managing projects from bid through completion, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and being rewarded for your ability to deliver results, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business while managing customer projects from initial contact through successful completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts.
  • Meet with customers to understand project needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Prepare project estimates, bids, proposals, and service quotes.
  • Manage projects from bid award through completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Dispatch, Operations, and Finance to keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding schedules, project updates, and expectations.
  • Follow up after project completion to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Increase revenue through cross-selling and identifying additional customer needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, local regulations, and company services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and project documentation.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes ownership of every project.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of sales, account management, or project management experience.
  • Construction, environmental services, industrial, or related industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
  • Strong data entry and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends when project needs require.

What Makes You Successful

The ideal candidate:

  • Enjoys developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Takes ownership and follows projects through to completion.
  • Communicates effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Solves problems quickly and confidently.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Looks for opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Physical Requirements

This position requires a combination of office and field work. Candidates should be able to:

  • Sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Walk job sites as needed.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and climb occasionally.
  • Lift and carry materials or equipment as required.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Why Join Our Team?

We're committed to creating an environment where employees can build rewarding careers while making a meaningful impact on our customers and our community.

When you join our team, you'll enjoy:

  • A growing company with long-term career opportunities.
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative culture.
  • Variety—no two days are the same.
  • The opportunity to manage meaningful projects from beginning to end.
  • A team that values initiative, accountability, and customer service excellence.
  • The ability to make a real impact on company growth and customer success.
