What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business while managing customer projects from initial contact through successful completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts.
- Meet with customers to understand project needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Prepare project estimates, bids, proposals, and service quotes.
- Manage projects from bid award through completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Dispatch, Operations, and Finance to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding schedules, project updates, and expectations.
- Follow up after project completion to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Increase revenue through cross-selling and identifying additional customer needs.
- Stay current on industry trends, local regulations, and company services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and project documentation.
- Effectively prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Minimum of two years of sales, account management, or project management experience.
- Construction, environmental services, industrial, or related industry experience is a plus.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
