Job Summary:
As a porter for both operations you will be responsible for maintaining
cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house guest areas, ensuring guests a
clean and maintained environment. You will additionally be responsible for
cleaning restrooms, dishes, beverage stations, equipment, floors, etc. As a porter
for this establishment, you will need to have reliable and clean transportation to
regularly deliver specialty cakes or products to customers. You will be
responsible for performing the following tasks as follows but not limited to:
- Ensure tables are bussed and cleaned.
- Ensure all customer areas are regularly sweep and the floors are cleaned.
- Wash dishes, glassware, cooking stations, equipment, etc. to expedite a
smooth flow of service while maintaining sanitation standards.
- Keep all display equipment clean and free of debris and incompliance with
all safety and sanitation standards
- Help receive and put away orders
- Perform other duties assigned
- Deliver ordered items to correct location
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, special occasions, and
holidays
