Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise

discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. Most of the time spent

supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring,

training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling) ensuring

customer satisfaction and product quality. They will initially work with direct

supervisor regarding decision making for all store operation decisions including

operations, staffing, and scheduling. The store manager is required to maintain

the companies’ objectives and maintain companies’ budgets for labor,

maintenance, and supplies.

Some of the key responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not

limited to the following:

- Developing organizational capabilities, modeling how we work together

- Demonstrating a calm demeanor during periods of high volume

maintaining a positive example for the team

- Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge promoting a healthy

culture which enables the teams to maintain a positive work environment

- Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate

responsibilities and practices to store partners to ensure smooth flow of

operations

- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained

- Monitor sales and expenses, Analyzing financial reports

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Host team meeting and plan training

- Must be available to comply with business needs and operations
