Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:

An Assistant store manager will support the store manager in daily

operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory, and ensuring

compliance with company policies and standards. Some of the key

responsibilities to the role include assisting in opening and closing the business,

maintaining an availability that can support all operations hours of the business.

Managing scheduling, planning, training, and daily decision making or problem

solving for the business. An assistant store manager would also be responsible

for maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring security procedure

are in place. They will monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, navigate

employee concerns and work hand in hand with store manager to resolve

issues/concerns.

Some additional responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not

limited to the following.

- Supervise and coach team

- Adhere and role model company policies and procedures

- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback

- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

- Interact with guest to obtain feedback and product quality and service

- Assist with managing cash control and security procedures

- Monitory sales and expenses

- Assist in analyzing financial reports

- Perform duties assigned by the store manager

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Participate in team meetings and training

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
