We are seeking an experienced and energetic construction project manager.
Must have documented experience in this role.
Must have a minimum of two years of residential construction experience
and five years of commercial construction experience.
Must be capable of doing a material takeoff.
Must be capable of developing a construction schedule.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be extremely organized and understand project management methodology.
Must understand construction specific terminology.
This role is based in Mandeville Louisiana. This role does require
frequent visits to active job sites that you as the construction project
manager are supporting.
