- Process and validate data related to daycare, boarding, grooming, and training client records—working fully remote to support our team.
- Update, reconcile, and maintain billing and payment data with high accuracy, whether working remote or collaborating with onsite staff.
- Generate and distribute operational reports—including occupancy and revenue metrics—from your remote workspace.
- Ensure all data entries comply with company standards and confidentiality protocols, even when inputting remotely from different systems.
- Collaborate via remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, email, video) with the front desk, kennel, and grooming departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative roles—strongly suited for remote work given the independence required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), scheduling or CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and comfort working remote with minimal supervision.
