Key Responsibilities
As the Data Administrative Specialist, you will support Barking Hound Village’s daily operations both onsite and remotely. You’ll ensure accurate data management across guest records, scheduling systems, and billing platforms—maintaining consistency whether you're working onsite or remote. This hybrid role blends in-facility oversight with remote flexibility to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for guest dogs, including vaccination history, behavior notes, and owner preferences, both onsite and remote.
- Input and manage scheduling data for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services—leveraging remote access to scheduling systems.
- Process and reconcile billing, payments, and invoicing data, ensuring accuracy through both onsite and remote system checks.
- Coordinate with multiple departments (kennel, grooming, front desk) to synchronize data across systems—whether you're onsite or remote.
- Generate regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics for management—accessible remotely.
- Assist in remote onboarding of new clients and ensure proper entry of pet and owner information into the system—even when working remote.
- 2 years of administrative or data management experience, preferably in a pet-care, hospitality, or customer-service environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, scheduling or CRM systems, and the ability to work effectively onsite and remotely.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members onsite and via remote tools (e.g., email, messaging platforms).
- Flexibility to spend part of your week onsite at the facility and part working remote, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
