Position Summary
The Pack Leader is responsible for supervising dog playgroups, monitoring canine behavior, maintaining a clean and safe facility, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring all daily care needs are completed accurately and efficiently including feeding and medications.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with dogs and people
- Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced situation.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to lift 50lbs and remain physically active throughout the shift
