Bark & Play is looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly person to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This role is truly the heart of our daycare. You’ll be the first smile our clients see and the familiar face their pups know and trust. We take pride in the wonderful relationships we’ve built with our clients and their dogs, and that’s what makes Bark & Play such a special place. This is a Full-time job with flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Be Doing (besides sneaking in puppy cuddles):

• Greeting every client and dog like a VIP (Very Important Pup )
• Checking dogs in/out and making sure their schedules, feedings, and notes are spot-on
• Answering phones, emails, and messages with friendliness and professionalism
• Handling reservations, payments, and paperwork
• Helping the team by communicating each dog’s needs clearly
• Keeping the lobby welcoming, clean, and cheerful

What We’re Looking For:

• A true dog lover who also loves chatting with people
• Someone who can stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills (you might be talking to an owner while handing out belly rubs!)
• Reliability and punctuality—our pups and clients count on us
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a bonus, but not required
• Willingness to work some holidays and be part of a weekend rotation
