Who We’re Looking For:
Are you a teacher, nanny, stay-at-home parent, or someone who simply loves working with children? We are currently hiring Childcare Associates for both daytime and nighttime shifts at our West Point and Fort Madison locations.

Responsibilities Include:
- Be kind, patient, and nurturing with all children
- Engage with children through play, learning, and creative activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Supervise children attentively at all times
- Follow schedules and routines
- Keep accurate records of attendance, meals, and incidents
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and enjoy working with young children
- Previous experience in childcare, education, or similar fields is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willingness to complete required training
