Preschool One-on-One Aide & Daycare Associate
Holy Trinity Catholic Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Preschool One-on-One Aide and Daycare Associate.
This position will provide individualized support to a preschool child while also assisting teachers and staff with daily classroom activities and childcare responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and supervision for a preschool child.
- Assist with implementing age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support children with daily routines including meals, rest time, toileting, and transitions.
- Encourage positive social interactions and development.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families.
- Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must pass required background checks.
