Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be exceptional at Customer Service over the telephone and in person
- Professionalism is key for making good first impressions on customers

Job Description:
- Operates telephone system. Transfers incoming calls to employees. Ensures that communication links between customers and bank employees are assured.
- Acts as receptionist. Greets and offers direction to customers/visitors. Assists customers/visitors in meeting their Mortgage Banking needs.
- Performs various clerical functions as directed by the Branch Manager. This may include:
- Help in coordinating bill paying
- Some initial data entry in mortgage software,
- Some filing, typing word documents, assisting loan officers/originators with marketing tools,
- Coordinates distribution of mail,
- Orders office supplies,
- May assist processors in doing basic processing duties such as telephone certifications, copying, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
