If our mission statement piques your interest, we encourage you to apply for the currently open position of Corporate Trust Billing Administrative Assistant II to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, at our Branch located at 50 South 200 East, SLC, UT. The Corporate Trust Billing Administrative Assistant II works as an assistant in the Corporate Trust Department, provides customer service and initiates actions in support of the billing team. Primary responsibilities include processing invoice payments, managing past due invoices, and maintaining customer contact information, while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• - Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred but not required.
• - Proficiency in Office Suite.
• - Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills.
• - Self-Motivated
• - Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  
  
  

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Assist Account Administrators and the legal team with account maintenance
• - Review incoming funds and apply to invoices for collections
• - Review the recon daily to clear items as applicable
• - Manage the Past Due Report and track expected, received, and outstanding invoices
• - Archive client correspondence in the department’s electronic system
• - Log additional legal fees, FedEx fees, etc. to the account invoices
• - Provide additional invoicing support to the Personal Trust Department
• - Assist with special projects as needed.
• - Assist with and help research customer inquiries
• - Communication with clients by telephone and email.
