CT Supervisor → "CT Supervisor"

Role Overview: This position serves as an extension of the Manager in a multidisciplinary imaging department, primarily focusing on CT services. It involves performing diagnostic CT procedures, coordinating staff training and scheduling, and ensuring departmental efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct staff and student training, monitor educational needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in budget development and record management.
• Perform CT procedures as ordered, explain procedures to patients.
• Contribute to policy review, development, and quality assurance efforts.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold performance standards.
• Assume daily management duties in the absence of the manager, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree or technical certification with related experience, including ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications.
• 1-3 years of CT experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills, visual acuity, and ability to work with others.
