Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow individualized service plans (ISP) and document any changes or observations.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence while providing care.
- Engage residents through conversation and participation in daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members.
- Create enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care settings, especially those with memory loss.
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18 or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
- Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
