Care Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors through hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. The role involves following individualized service plans (ISPs), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Caregivers engage residents in conversation and activities, support dining services, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
  
  

Key Duties

• Assist residents with ADLs and daily activities
• Follow and document care plans
• Support safety, independence, and dignity
• Engage residents socially and support dining services
