Qualifications & Skills
- Associate’s degree or technical certification with relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
- ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications required upon hire.
- 1-3 years of CT experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety standards.
- Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Perform diagnostic CT procedures and explain them to patients.
- Assist with record-keeping, policy review, and compliance.
- Support department budgeting and development of policies and protocols.
- Manage daily operations and assume leadership in the Manager's absence.
