Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and assist the Energy Management Systems organization by performing cyber security compliance process, documentation, and reporting support.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly as needed in Spokane or Vancouver, Washington.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $51.00 - $57.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer/information technology, business systems, engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
5 years of directly related experience is required with a bachelor's degree in applicable fields.
7 years of directly related experience is required with an associate degree in applicable fields.
9 years of directly related experience is required without a degree or degree in applicable fields.
1 year experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for a high availability environment
1 year of experience in a DevOps environment using Atlassian or similar tool.
1 year experience in the use of change and configuration management tools/systems
Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
Preferred Skills:
1 year experience in any aspect of the software development lifecycle for a utility control center environment
1 year of previous compliance and/or audit support experience, particularly for NIST/FISMA and NERC-CIP
1 year previous compliance and/or audit support experience
1 year experience with process development and roll-out
Experience developing process/procedures to support compliance efforts
Experience with the design and implementation of security standards, policies or procedures in a high availability environment.
