Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Regional Manager
- Lead regional HR operations, serving as a key partner to business and HR leadership
- Manage and develop a high-performing team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR services
- Oversee core HR processes (payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee lifecycle) with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and audit requirements across the region
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, workflows, and service delivery
- Help with transformational operations changes with communication between business units and HRBP
Ideal candidate profile:
- 8 years of HR Ops exp
- Experience managing direct reports
- Financial services experience preferred
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience in transformation of the function
The salary range for this role is $150,000-$250,000, plus a discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience.
