If you’re a Big 8 auditor with exposure to private debt/credit funds or currently sitting in fund accounting, middle office, or investment operations within alternatives, this is the type of role that can significantly broaden your exposure.

A rapidly growing private markets platform is hiring a Sr Analyst / Associate to support complex private debt investment activity across sophisticated institutional portfolios.

What they’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience

• Big 8 audit professionals with credit/private debt exposure

• Fund Accountants, Investment Ops, or Middle Office professionals supporting private credit/direct lending strategies

• Strong attention to detail with a “go getter” mentality

• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, deal driven environment

Experience that stands out:

• Private credit/direct lending funds

• Loan funding activity

• OID / PIK

• Accrued interest

• Amortization schedules

• Prepayments & paydowns

• Capital calls and investment settlements

Strategy exposure could include:

• 1st lien

• Unitranche

• Mezzanine

• Special situations

• ABL

• CLO / structured products

The role offers strong exposure across investment operations, trade coordination, settlements, portfolio transfers, and direct interaction with internal investment teams, fund administrators, custodians, and external managers.
