Department: Steady Maintenance Division

Reports to: Director of Operations of Steady Maintenance

Location: Brooklyn NY

Travel Required: 95%

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Customer Relations

• Ensure client satisfaction with our services
• Assist clients with questions regarding job specs, schedule, etc
• Understand requirements of client scope of work and create cleaning plan to deliver services accordingly
• Walk the jobs and give walk-throughs for new jobs
• Identify opportunities for additional services within existing client base

Team Management

• Recruit and hire field team members
• Create job site specific daily work schedules for employees and job sites and managing daily staffing changes, time off, call outs, etc
• Manage the employee’s with their day to day schedule
• Review accuracy, update as needed and submit weekly timesheets to payroll for field team
• Review final payroll report to ensure accuracy
• Track and manage inventory and place / cleaning supplies and consumables supply orders
• Create and manage periodical work calendar
• Dispatch Project Work crew when needed

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven track record of leadership and ability to create, build and motivate teams
• 2 years experience in the janitorial field
• Spanish Speaker Preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work non-conventional hours and be on-call
• Customer Focus - Motivated to satisfy clients
• Fluent/Conversational in Spanish
• Attention to Detail and follow-through is paramount
• Composed, diplomatic and professional
• Exceptional Communication skills via phone, email & text.
• Experience using time tracking, CRM/PO system
