Position: Analyst – Investment Operations (Charlotte, North Carolina)
Role Summary
The Analyst will be part of a newly formed investment operations team within a fast-growing private markets platform. The firm manages more than $600 billion in capital commitments, including over $140 billion in assets under management, and serves some of the most sophisticated institutional investors worldwide. This role will be heavily involved in supporting transaction execution, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination across private equity secondaries, co-investments, venture capital, growth equity, real assets, and infrastructure strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investment operations for ongoing deal flow and pipeline execution.
- Act as a liaison between investment, legal, tax, and treasury teams, tracking updates and ensuring information flow.
- Maintain real-time data in proprietary systems to support firm-wide transparency.
- Manage and organize legal closing documentation and allocation records.
- Contribute to process improvements that harmonize transaction execution across asset classes.
- Assist in structuring transactions, arranging financing, hedging programs, and funding logistics through deal close.
- Ensure consistent documentation and dissemination of finalized transaction packages to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in private markets operations, fund administration, or legal/financial execution roles preferred.
- GP-side experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail with proven organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, and SharePoint is desirable.

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
