Our client is a top financial services firm in Manhattan, and they are looking for an organized and motivated Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders of all levels to schedule and confirm interviews.
- Keep hiring teams and candidates informed throughout each stage of the recruiting process.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and lead the execution and implementation of those enhancements.
- Support the planning, setup, and on-site participation for recruiting events, including conferences and career fairs.
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with candidates.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of broad-based HR experience or strong coordination experience in an EA role at professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree is required, strong academic record preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction
The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
