Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze statistical data for studies of management and operational programs, policies, and procedures to determine effectiveness, cost efficiency, corrective action, and compliance with goals and objectives.
- Analyze operational and program data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop formal reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations for management and other key stakeholders.
- Review and interpret data to assess policies, procedures, organizational practices, and operational results.
- Identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement using statistical analysis and reporting.
- Assist in developing management objectives and controls to help resolve issues and improve performance.
- Support the implementation of new techniques, procedures, and reporting methods to improve operations and efficiency.
- Document findings and prepare recommendations for changes to systems, procedures, or organizational practices.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently; must be self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to understand and adhere to the duties, methods, and procedures required by the position.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, statistics, data analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management preferred.
- Experience with statistical analysis, operational reviews, and formal presentations preferred.
- High School diploma required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Standard hours of work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
- Travel may be required.
