Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Maintain an enterprise-wide tracking system for executive-level action items, commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple departments.
- Monitor compliance deadlines, audit responses, federal reporting requirements, and organizational obligations; proactively alert leadership to upcoming due dates and risks.
- Coordinate with leadership and program teams to ensure timely completion of assignments; escalate delays or issues as needed.
- Route operational issues to appropriate teams and track resolution to minimize escalation.
- Track personnel actions, organizational changes, and administrative processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards that aggregate program and operational data into a comprehensive, organization-wide view.
- Analyze and present data aligned to strategic priorities such as program outcomes, service delivery, and resource utilization.
- Track expenditures, program outcomes, and return on investment to support leadership decision-making and reporting.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for executive leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate organizational fact sheets, reports, and supporting documentation; identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Coordinate inputs across departments to produce unified performance and strategic reports.
- Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and approvals; support pre-review of contracts and agreements for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with administrative, fiscal, and program teams to track budget activities, proposals, and expenditures.
- Track legislative activity, federal communications, and policy updates; provide summaries and identify required actions.
- Support preparation for meetings, briefings, and external engagements by developing materials and talking points.
- Track compliance requirements, audit findings, and corrective action plans; coordinate responses and ensure timely submissions.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including reports, announcements, and executive messaging.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with reporting tools or dashboards preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, data analytics, social sciences, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in policy, strategy, data analysis, program management, or administrative roles, preferably in a government or public-sector environment.
- Experience with performance tracking, reporting, or dashboard development required.
- Experience with compliance, audits, contracts, or legislative processes preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Standard hours of work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; however evening and weekend hours may be required.
