Role Summary
We are seeking a SailPoint Application Onboarding Team Lead to guide the design and implementation of integrations that onboard enterprise applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). This role provides technical leadership while fostering collaboration across application teams, IAM partners, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong IIQ development experience, the ability to mentor and coach team members, and a proven track record of building effective stakeholder relationships to drive alignment, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in developing and supporting SailPoint IIQ application onboarding integrations.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance on connectors, workflows, rules, and access review capabilities.
- Partner with application teams, IAM stakeholders, and business leaders to define onboarding requirements, align access models, and manage delivery expectations.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization efforts while ensuring clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across stakeholders.
- Develop and manage connectors, workflows, and rules (Beanshell/Java scripts).
- Support certification campaigns, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IAM processes.
- Proven ability to lead onboarding or integration initiatives.
- Demonstrated success mentoring team members and providing technical direction.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Beanshell, APIs, file-based integrations, or database connectivity.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business and application stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
